looking for two more amazing people to join our team.
Pre-School Manager
Here at Broadlands Preschool Centre, we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, passionate, and forward thinking person to join and lead our dedicated team as our Preschool Manager.
The role requires someone who has excellent communication, and leadership skills as well as the ability to effectively manage a team of exceptional practitioners, ensuring the safety, care and education of the children remains at the forefront of thinking.

Location: Broadlands Preschool Centre, Leckhampton

Hours: 5 days per week (approx. 40 hours per week) - hours can be flexible but must support the core delivery hours of the setting which are 9-3.30 Monday-Friday. The role is open to be considered as an all year round position or on a term-time only basis and can be discussed at interview.

Pre-School Assistant
We are looking to appoint a Preschool Assistant as soon as possible, working 12 to 16 hours a week spread over up to 5 days. Suitably qualified and experienced applicants available to work for fewer hours may be considered for this post. Broadlands currently runs sessions between 9am and 3.30pm weekdays during term time. Staff are required to work beyond these hours to set up and tidy up and to attend meetings.
You will be a confident, enthusiastic person who has an excellent rapport with children aged 2-5 who is able to inspire them to be creative and have fun in a learning environment. You will have a Level 2 or higher full and relevant childcare qualification.

The Broadlands team are a friendly group, and we are looking for someone who has superb communication skills and works well with others. Previous experience in a childcare setting is necessary together with a real enthusiasm for creating a fun environment in which children can learn.
A clear understanding of, and commitment to, both safeguarding requirements and equal opportunities will be necessary. The successful applicant will have a flexible attitude to work.
