OUR TEAM

Broadlands has a highly qualified and experienced team.

All of our staff have first aid and safeguarding training.

On joining Broadlands, your child will be allocated a 'key worker' who will help you and your child settle in and provide a point of contact for any queries you may have. They will continually assess your chid to assist them in planning for their next learning steps as they progress through the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), reporting back to you on a regular basis.

A message from Kelly, Preschool Manager:

"I feel privileged to be responsible for the day-to-day running of Broadlands, welcoming siblings, and new children - many from parent/friend recommendations - each year. Katy is our Deputy Manager and as a team we work to support all the children and their families who come to us at Broadlands.
As an Ofsted governed preschool, with a team of fully trained staff, we follow EYFS principles to support the development of every child in our care. There's a lot of play and fun in all the sessions and we always try to make sure there's plenty of time spent outside, even if that involves wellies and waterproofs!
We have some structured activities alongside free play and some sessions are led by external experts in early years education, such as our weekly multi skills activities.
One of the things that we find most rewarding is seeing our children progress to school and returning the next year, bouncing through the gate, to tell us how they are getting on in reception when they come to play in the park next door or pick up a younger sibling.
Please do get in touch with any questions you may have about Broadlands."
