The Broadlands Pre-School Committee is entirely run by volunteers who generously dedicate their time, skills, and enthusiasm to support the pre-school's success.
It is crucial to understand that without the commitment and hard work of the committee, the pre-school would be unable to operate and remain open. As a committee-led setting, we hold the overall responsibility for the pre-school's effective management and future direction.
Our current committee members bring a wealth of diverse skills and professional backgrounds from various industries. This diversity enriches our discussions, fosters innovative ideas, and strengthens our collective commitment to the children, parents, management, and staff.

We are always eager to welcome new members to our committee and believe that fresh perspectives bring exciting opportunities to our team.
Our committee meets approximately every six weeks, usually on a Monday evening at 6:30 pm. We warmly invite prospective members to join us for the initial part of a meeting to experience firsthand what being on the committee involves and to see if it's something they would like to pursue further. Sometimes, there are even treats like cake or biscuits to enjoy!
Being part of the committee offers a valuable opportunity to directly impact not only your child's experience at the pre-school but also to make a significant positive difference for all the children and staff within our community.​

Being part of the committee isn't just about meetings and responsibilities; it's also about actively contributing to the vibrant life of Broadlands Pre-School. We are often involved in organizing and supporting the fun events that the children enjoy throughout the year, such as seasonal celebrations, special activity days, and outings.
